State of the Science in Radiation Oncology and Priorities for Clinical Trials Meeting Report from the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer

New technologies and techniques in radiation medical specialty and imaging supply opportunities to reinforce the good thing about loco-regional treatments expand treatment to new patient populations like those with oligometastatic unwellness and reduce traditional tissue toxicity. Moreover, novel agents became obtainable which can be combined with actinotherapy, and identification of radiation-related biomarkers is studied to refine treatment prescriptions.
